The Baird family has been providing legal services to the citizens of South Central Kentucky for over 96 years. Justin Baird opened Baird Law Office in 2004 following the footsteps of his father, Stokes A. Baird, IV, and his grandfather, Stokes A. Baird, Ill. Justin's grandfather started practicing in 1927 and his father started practicing in 1968. Justin began serving as Hart County Attorney on April 1, 2022. Justin still maintains a private office handling estates, personal injury, and real estate transactions.

Mike began practicing law in Hart County in 1987. He served in the Army Reserves from 1993 to 2018. He served as the Assistant Hart County Attorney in 2002. He served as the Hart County Attorney from January 2003 until March 31 , 2022. He is currently the Assistant Hart County Attorney.

Tracy has worked at Baird Law Office since its opening in 2004 and continues to serve as legal assistant for the office. Tracy began serving in the Hart County Attorney's Office on April 1, 2022. She is the office manager, bookkeeper, and she handles delinquent property taxes and cold check cases.

Tina began working in the County Attorney's Office in December 2010. She handles traffic citations and also prepares paperwork for guardianship and Casey's Law cases.

Janci began working in the County Attorney's Office in March 2001. Janci is the supervisor for the child support office.
